musical, Motown the Musical is the real life saga of Motown Records. The show
features 40 hits such as “My Girl”, “Heard it Through the Grapevine” “I Want
You Back”, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours” and “Ain’t No Mountain High
Enough”. The show is adapted from the 1994 autobiography of Berry Gordy Jr. who
is also the founder of Motown. The inspiring saga of Motown record label
depicts his hard work along with his life long relationships to various stars such
as Diana Ross, Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and The
Temptations. The show is set in the year 1983 and features an ensemble cast of
40 performers. The two hours and forty five minutes show is recommended for
10+kids.
The Shaftesbury Theatre is
running the spectacular production, Motown The Musical. The theatre is
positioned on Shaftesbury Avenue which is one of the busiest and most
theatrical roads in the city. The venue is the abode of some of the popular
theatres such as the Apollo and Lyric. Shaftesbury Avenue also has some
